Case Study

In 2015, PTL Control developed a smart heating control system for a block of flats in Hove, East Sussex. After monitoring the performance of the building, control equipment was installed to improve the efficiency of the boiler. The residents have not noticed any reduction in comfort levels – yet have seen their fuel bills cut by 18%!

Affordable Warmth

To ensure that everyone in the UK can afford to heat their home, the Government has set up the Affordable Warmth scheme. Grant funding is available to people on low income or who receive certain benefits for energy-saving improvements. Our solutions are ideal for social housing providers and local councils.

Grant Funding

In certain circumstances, the cost of energy-efficiency improvements can be part-funded by initiatives such as the Energy Company Obligation.
