What happens if your system fails? Will we be left without any heating?
Our systems are fail-safe. If any malfunction occurs, the boiler’s original control system will take over automatically and the heating will operate as it did before the PTL Control system was installed. We’ll soon get our system up and running again so you can enjoy the benefits of the smarter system. Note also that because we monitor the heating 24/7 we can detect boiler problems and notify the heating contractors before you are even aware of the fault.
How much does the system cost?
Since our systems are tailored to each block of flats the amount varies. However, you may be surprised to note that the initial installation cost can usually be paid back from what you save on your fuel bills after just one or two years.
